1. Workpiece overcut:
The external cause of workpiece overcutting is generally insufficient tool strength or inappropriate size. The internal cause may be caused by improper operation of the operator, or improper setting of cutting parameters and uneven cutting allowance setting, resulting in excessive tolerance. If the problem is too large, it will eventually cause the phenomenon of workpiece overcut and machining error.
Solution: When adding the corner-clearing program, the allowance should be kept as uniform as possible, and the tool should be used as large as possible. Use the fine-tuning of the SF function of the vertical machining center to gradually achieve the best cutting effect.

2. Inaccurate marks:
Centering is the step for the machining center to determine the origin. It can be said that any operation using the machining center is inseparable from the step of centering. In addition to inaccurate manual operation by the operator, there are burrs around the mold, the four sides are not vertical, and the centering rod is magnetic, all of which will cause inaccurate parts.
Solution: Before centering the mold, the machining center should demagnetize the centering rod first; the manual operation of the centering should be checked repeatedly, and the centering should be kept at the same point and height as much as possible; often perform table calibration to check whether the four sides of the mold are vertical.
3. Collider:
Collision is now inevitable, but as a qualified operator of a machining center, he should be able to control the factors of collision within an avoidable range. There are many kinds of problems that cause collisions, so we must control the factors that prevent collisions in advance.
Solution: Set the safety height reasonably; adjust the tool length and actual processing depth on the CNC program sheet to the applicable position, check the depth Z-axis reading and the actual Z-axis reading; check the coordinate setting accurately during programming.
