PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS

• Elevated guide rail structure - greatly improved accuracy and stability:

The use of the unilateral viaduct on the CMM greatly reduces the Abbe error, making the accuracy higher and the stability greatly improved.

• Triaxial Rails - Totally Enclosed, All Granite:

On all our machines, we have enclosed guide rails that prevent damage to the rails caused by external dust erosion, contamination and temperature effects. This is especially important for use in harsh environments. All three shafts are made of granite, which is corrosion-resistant and has the exact same thermal expansion coefficient, with higher precision!

• Drivetrain - Frictional "self-correcting" drive:

All three-axis transmission adopts friction transmission, and adopts "self-correction" smooth transmission system. The transmission system adopts the structure of "fixed + micro-suspension" to ensure that it is parallel to the guide rail during transmission! It can maintain the stability of precision and the smoothness of movement while moving at high speed. And it improves the self-protection of the machine tool when it collides, making it safer to use.
