We use double dovetail guide rails to reduce motion errors and achieve the highest accuracy.

• Three axis guideway - all closed, all granite

All three axes are equipped with enclosed guide rails to prevent track damage caused by external dust erosion, pollution and temperature. All three axes are made of granite, and the supporting columns are hollowed-out columns, which are beautiful, rust-resistant and have the same thermal expansion coefficient, with higher accuracy.

• Grating ruler - Renishaw Ultra high precision grating ruler

Grating ruler is an important part of the three coordinate, our fixator is the machine using Renishaw's latest high precision TONIC raster ruler, the highest resolution up to 0.01μm.

• Air floating guide rail - Four-sided design

All three axes adopt the four-sided air floating guide rail structure, which is the embodiment of stability and high quality. Each axis is equipped with a number of different directions of air pressure regulating valve and air bearing, and the design of air bearing ensures the stability of the instrument in the process of re-movement.
