OVERSTRENGTH STRUCTURE

▶EL200PLUS standard machine body adopt a low gravity center 30° integral slant bed design and use Mehanna cast iron, high strength reinforcement of one casting molding. Finite element analysis (FEA) was used to optimize the casting structure of the bed, which ensured the minimization of vibration in the cutting process, improved the cutting stability and extended the service life of the tool.

▶And this series lathe has high rigidity struture to ensure that the bed structure has excellent vibration reduction so as to make the machine has outstanding performance. At the same time, this model has a very high cost performance.
▶Adopt PMI precise grinding C3 class ball screw, which is prestretched to effectively prevent deformation from temperature rise and ensure the highest positioning accuracy and durability.

▶X axis and Z axis are using large span design and high performance and high precision PMI linear slide rail to ensure the machine has excellent performance such as high precision, high speed and low friction.
▶All spindle seats, bearing seats, tailstock and ball guide screw structures are hand-shovelled to achieve optimum assembly accuracy, structural rigidity and load balance.
HIGH RIGIDITY SPINDLE

▶The spindle adopts imported P4 ultrahigh precision bearings directly installed in the spindle head to achieve precision requirements and ensure large load capacity, and the bearing arrangement with the optimal span two-point support design, can meet the needs of stable heavy cutting and long time precision machining.
▶The casting of spindle seat is made of high rigidity and large reinforcing rib, and the design is combined with the large area of the base, so that the rigidity of the head is greatly improved, and thus the vibration is effectively suppressed and the machining accuracy is improved.
▶The design of enlarged bearing ensures the accuracy of the spindle and maximizes the rigidity of the spindle. The diameter of the bar is raised from 52mm to 65m.
HIGH RIGIDITY TAILSTOCK

▶The Z-saddle can be manually connected to the tailstock body and driven to the desired position by the bed saddle.
▶The mandrel is retractable and programmable, and the thimble is easily and accurately pressed against the center of the workpiece.
▶Tailstock track adopts high rigidity hard rail design, which not only ensures the rigidity of tailstock, but also ensures the accuracy of movement, improves the wear resistance and increases the service life.
