▶ CYS series angle type machine vice is suitable for CNC vertical machining center.

FEATURES

▶ 1. Angle fixed design the semicircle can produce 30 degrees of downward force in the clamping process to ensure that the workpiece does not float up.

▶ 2. The clamping body guide rail surface, lead screw and jaw are all quenched to maintain long wear resistance and precision.

▶ 3. The fixed jaws are fastened by four bolts to reduce dynamic deformation

▶ 4. Special seal brush can avoid cutting residue

▶ 5. Equivalent height can be used in parallel with multiple sets

▶ 6. The fixed end of the screw adopts thrust bearing, which reduces friction and has large clamping force
