APPLICATION
▶ CD6140/CD6150 is a new product which is independently researched and developed by our company and has proprietary intellectual property rights. It is a perfect substitute for ordinary lathe. It can realize the fixed-length processing of internal, cylindrical and thread, circular processing of thread, constant linear speed processing and other functions through the mechanical and electrical coordination without programming which is suitable for machining, tool manufacturing, equipment maintenance and batch production.
FEATURES
▶ 1. High precision spindle bearing structure can meet different machining and precision requirements.
▶ 2. Servo motor drive have a large speed range. The central drive has the mechanical structure to meet the requirements of low speed and high torque cutting.
▶ 3. Material is high strength cast iron and guide rail is surface hardened and precision grinding process make it durable.
▶ 4. Can realize all kinds of system, arbitrary pitch thread processing.
▶ 5. The large-screen Chinese and English interface input is simple, the machining process running parameters can be displayed dynamically in real time, and it also has the function of constant linear velocity cutting.
▶ 6. X, Z axis can achieve fixed length processing, manual feed, automatic feed, fast move.
▶ 7. Nice appearance, simple and reasonable layout, complete safety protection and functional accessories.
▶ 8. It has all the functions of ordinary lathes and some functions of CNC lathes.

NOTE
▶ Spindle with three-gear electromagnetic clutch has gear box, there are three gears can shifted according to the processing needs of customer. The advantage is that the torque is high and can do heavy cutting but users need shift manually each time.Spindle with one-gear electromagnetic clutch doesn't have gear box. This type spindle is continuously variable speed. It can be switched 0-2000rpm at any time. It need a little more power and has smaller torque than three-gear in same configuration.
