QC20-W BALLBAR SYSTEM
The QC20-W ballbar is capable of performing tests across all three orthogonal planes without needing to reposition the center pivot. It executes a limited arc (220°) in two of the planes and a full 360° rotation in the third.
The Ballbar 20 software provides a rapid and detailed diagnosis of the machine’s performance. The generated diagnostic report ranks each detected error based on its impact on overall machine performance, along with the corresponding error value.
