WORKING MODE

▶ 1. Automatic tapping mode. As long as the input tapping depth, wire feeding speed, wire withdrawing speed and pitch value, the hole can realize automatic tapping operation, and will automatic rollback when tapping to the set depth.

▶ 2. Manual tapping mode. Set tapping speed and pitch by yourself and manually press the back button manually after tapping to the suitable depth (suitable for through-hole processing).

▶ 3. Linkage mode. This mode is mainly used for large quantities of the same size tapping, set value and move to the right position, it will back when tapping to the set depth automatically and reserve a few seconds for the next hole, no need to switch repeatedly (suitable for mass production of the same hole processing).

▶ 4. Deep hole intermittent mode. This mode is mainly used for deep hole tapping, CNC computer chip, simulated human processing method, discharging processing debris while deep processing to ensure the effect of tapping. (suitable for deep hole processing).

▶ 5. Universal tapping mode. Universal version can be adjusted to horizontal plane tapping (this mode will not affect vertical tapping function) (suitable for processing when machining holes on the side and cannot be moved) Note: Only universal version can use.
