VERTICAL MACHINING CENTER(VMC1160/VMC850/VMC855)

FEATURE:

▶ The casting of this machine tool is cast by resin sand, and after two artificial aging treatment, it has good stability, high strength, stable and reliable accuracy.

▶ The whole set of spindle system selected by this machine tool is imported from professional manufacturers in Taiwan, and all important parts and components have been strengthened;  The spindle adopts the world famous brand P4 spindle special bearing, which is assembled under constant temperature, and through the high-speed dynamic balance correction and running-in test, the whole spindle has a long service life and high reliability.

▶ The three-axis ball screws of this machine tool are all preloaded with high-precision C3-class double nuts provided by imported top supporting manufacturers.  The ball screws are all used with imported P4 special bearing with large contact Angle, and the three-axis ball screws are all predrawn and installed.  The coupling adopts imported BK3 type coupling, which makes the triaxial transmission rigid, stable and reliable.

▶ X and Y axis guide are linear ball guide with strong load capacity and stable operation, and the side friction resistance of guide is small, so the machine does not crawl when feeding at low speed;The z-axis is the slide track, and the head-stock guide combined with the guide adopts wear-resistant plastic paste treatment, which reduces the static and static friction resistance between the guides.  In the case of low speed feeding, there is no crawling, and the vibration is small at high speed feeding, thus improving the motion accuracy of the machine tool.

▶ The machine adopts the automatic centralized oil supply lubrication system, which can ensure the timely and quantitative lubrication of any lubricating part.
