Common Feature:

• Worktable Dimensions: Both models boast a substantial worktable size of 800mm by 1600mm, providing ample space for large workpieces or multiple setups to enhance productivity and flexibility.

• Axis Travel: They offer a generous travel range with 1500mm on the X-axis, 800mm on the Y-axis, and 700mm on the Z-axis, enabling the machining of large parts with ease.

• Spindle Nose to Worktable Range: The TB-LV1580 and TB-LV1580A models feature adjustable spindle nose to worktable distances, ensuring a broad range of workpiece sizes can be accommodated.

• Worktable T-Slots: The worktable is configured with 7 T-slots, each being 22mm in width and spaced 110mm apart, providing versatile and secure workpiece setup and clamping options.

• X.Y.Z Axis Ball Screw Specification: For precise movement and high mechanical efficiency, both models are equipped with 5010 ball screws for all three axes, ensuring smooth and accurate operations.

• Casting material is AT300, good stability, high strength, stable and reliable precision.

• Three types of spindle tapper is optional. Direct spindle and belt can be selected.

2.Distance from Spindle Center to Column: It features a distance of 855mm, facilitating easy access to the workpiece with ample clearance.

• TB-LV1580A:

1.Spindle Specifications: The TB-LV1580A is equipped as standard with a more powerful BT50/Φ155 spindle, with options for a BT50/Φ190 diameter, at lower speeds of 6000 RPM, ideal for heavy-duty machining tasks.

2.Distance from Spindle Center to Column: This model has a slightly larger distance of 862mm, offering additional space for handling larger parts.

Unique Aspects:

• The TB-LV1580A’s enhanced spindle option (BT50/Φ190) and the incremented distance from the spindle center to the column underline its capability in handling tougher and larger scale machining tasks, compared to the TB-LV1580.
